Everything you need to know about how your order is processed, shipped and delivered, and what to do if you need to return it.
30-Day Faulty Product Guarantee
If your ShopSealSaver product is faulty within 30 days of delivery, contact us and we'll replace it or refund you, at no cost to you. This covers genuine faults. It is separate from change-of-mind returns, and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited to 30 days.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Order Processing
All orders are generally processed from the next business day after payment has been confirmed.
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details.
Dispatch
Orders are not dispatched on weekends.
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided by email.
You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery through the Australia Post tracking system.

Standard Shipping — Australia Post
ShopSealSaver uses Australia Post Standard Delivery for Australian mainland orders.
Orders Over $90
FREE
FREE standard shipping via Australia Post on Australian mainland orders over $90 AUD.
Orders Under $90
$11.95AUD
A flat-rate delivery fee of $11.95 AUD applies to Australian mainland orders under $90 AUD.
Estimated Delivery Time
Standard delivery to the Australian mainland is approximately:
5–7 business days
once dispatched.
These delivery times are estimates and may vary because of carrier delays or other circumstances outside our control.
Lost Packages
If a tracked package is confirmed as lost in transit, ShopSealSaver will arrange either:
- A full refund; or
- A replacement order.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs showing the damage.
This will allow our team to assess the issue and assist you promptly.
Important Shipping Information
- ShopSealSaver is not responsible for courier or carrier delays, including delays involving Australia Post.
- Please carefully check that your shipping address is correct before completing checkout.
- ShopSealSaver is not liable for packages lost or misdelivered because an incorrect shipping address was supplied by the customer.
- We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
Returns & Exchanges

Change of Mind Returns
If you purchase a ShopSealSaver 3-in-1 Vacuum Sealer System product and subsequently change your mind, you may request a return within 7 days of purchase.
Change-of-mind returns are for when you simply no longer want the product. If your product is faulty, it's covered by our 30-Day Faulty Product Guarantee instead.
Change-of-mind returns are subject to the following conditions:
- The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.
- The product must be brand new and unopened.
- The product must remain inside its original shipping box.
- A photograph of the unopened shipping box will be requested before the return is approved.
- If the item has been opened or removed from the cardboard shipping box, used or damaged in any way, a change-of-mind refund will not be approved.
- A $15 restocking fee applies to all approved change-of-mind returns.
